Who would have thought that by completing some of the assignments of the Master Key that I would get a better sleep and sleep longer? I certainly didn’t. This was a big surprise for me. I am certain it is due to my new nightly ritual of reading before bed and not watching TV. The funny thing is, that I look forward to the reading even if I am tired and I don’t miss the TV at night, at all. I think that because I am no longer hearing all the terrible things going on the in world my mind is calmer and I sleep better.
I also find myself waking up in the morning and wanting to get to my first assignment of the day – reading. I look forward to the new habit of reading my assignments first thing in the morning instead of getting on the computer. This is huge for me. For years the first thing I did in the morning was get something to drink and then get on the computer, check out Facebook, play a few games, check emails, check out Facebook again, play a few more games. Now I read. It is true that if you do something often enough, you will begin to enjoy it more, and then look forward to repeating it again and again. Replacing bad habits with good habits is a work in progress for me.
I am blown away by the information we receive from the MKMMA! Not only are we given valuable information and personal assignments from the webinars but we also have additional “how to” webinars about how to write blogs, how to use social media like Twitter, and many other topics. Just one of these things would be amazing but we also get personal guides to help us on our journey of discovery.
What is also amazing that we will be getting all this and more for the next 6 months. I don’t know of any other program that gives so much to participants. I look forward to seeing how this is going to change me and my life as I know it.
