A couple of weeks ago on one of the webinars, Davene talked about how uncanny it was to receive a parcel with a wooden sign that said “Believe” after Mark started signing his name Believe, Mark J. It showed us how the universe works in mysteries ways.
Last week we had to go to Winnipeg for 2 appointments, one on Wednesday evening, one Thursday morning. It is about a 3 hour drive one way so we stayed overnight on Wednesday. I did all my reading assignments Wednesday reading to myself and reading out loud. Thursday morning time slipped away from me and I didn’t get any of my readings done. We went to my morning appointment and then went shopping before we headed for home.
All morning I thought about the fact that I still hadn’t got my any of my assignments done. I fretted about it and I wondered if it mattered. I wondered if any of our assignments mattered. Did any of this make sense? Does it work? Why am I doing this?
On the way home I wanted to stop at a particular restaurant for lunch, but my husband saw another restaurant and suggested we eat there, which was fine with me. As soon as we walked into the restaurant I saw the sign on top of the dessert display case. In big letters about a foot tall was the word BELIEVE. How uncanny was that?
What I took away with this message is that everything we are doing in the Master Key Experience is for our benefit. Any time I start to feel discouraged, I think about that sign. I have a picture of it on my poster so that I can remember to believe in the process.
This week’s assignment appeared to be a bit of a technical challenge for me. I was to record my Definite Major Purpose in life along with some other affirmations. I was to record it over music, but I had a challenge with time. I felt that maybe this was one assignment I might miss. Then I remembered the episode from last week, which gave me the motivation to find another solution. I found a recording app for my iPhone called “Recorder” then searched the internet for Baroque music. I found Moonlight Sonata, which I have always enjoyed, and it was the full version at 15 minutes. It was perfect. I was able to pause the recording when the music was about to stop and then replay the music and record. I am very happy with the end result.
All you have to do is believe!
